This innovative approach to educational supervision and coaching will be available from 2025. It starts with an initial free no-obligation introductory 1:1 session with me, to get to know a bit about each other, and outline the supervision and coaching. The cost of the programme is £750 for six 1:1 online sessions of approximately 1½ hours, ideally spaced over a year. You will have direct email access to me, along with the opportunity to receive articles or resources of interest. There is the opportunity for you or other members of the school team to access further individual or group educational supervision and coaching.
I am a highly experienced primary school headteacher, senior advisor, coach and mentor, with a significant and successful track record of school improvement over the last 30 years. I have had three successful substantive primary headships, and 2 interim headships in a range of contexts, and successfully led the turnaround of all schools from an OFSTED category or ‘requiring improvement’ by the LA to ‘good’ or better by focussing on high quality school sequential improvement planning, coaching and mentoring of all staff for high quality teaching and provision. I specialise in whole school turnaround projects, leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, school improvement planning, and the application of Growth Mindset, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) principles and strategies for personal and professional improvement in schools.
