The Mindsetters educational supervision and coaching is a non-judgemental, confidential, collaborative process where headteachers are supported to reflect on their practice, relationships, the emotional demands of their work and the impact of these on their psychological wellbeing. It is an opportunity to consider successes too! This will also help to refresh and replenish. In both work and home life, it can then support effective relationships, enhanced wellbeing, professional resilience and personal development.
The supervision and coaching will utilise a range of coaching and supervision methods, NLP, CBT and Growth Mindset principles, to provide the structured confidential opportunity to offload, make sense, improve skills, celebrate achievements and thus build professional resilience.
It all starts with an initial free no-obligation introductory 1:1 session with me, to get to know a bit about each other, and outline the supervision and coaching programme. The cost of the programme is £750 for six 1:1 online sessions of approximately 1½ hours, ideally spaced over a year. You will have direct email access to me, along with the opportunity to receive articles or resources of interest. There is the opportunity to access further sessions for you or other members of the school team for individual or group educational supervision and coaching.
